terms of service:

1. Service Overview

We provide professional curbside trash can cleaning services on a recurring or one-time basis. Services are performed at your designated address on the scheduled cleaning days.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service, customers are responsible for the following:

  • Empty Trash Cans: Trash cans must be completely empty on cleaning day. If a can is full, we’ll skip the cleaning and you’ll still be charged for the visit.

  • Accessible Location: Place your bins curbside or somewhere easily accessible on the scheduled service day (ideally on trash day or the day after).

  • No Hazardous Waste: Trash cans containing or coated with hazardous materials will not be cleaned. This includes:

    • Oil, grease, fuel, or other petroleum products

    • Paint, chemicals, or solvents

    • Medical waste or sharps

    • Human or animal feces

    • Dead animals

    • Cement, adhesives, or construction debris

    • Radioactive, flammable, or explosive materials

If we arrive and find any of this stuff in or on your can, we’ll have to skip that bin and no refund will be issued.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Credit Card Required: Customers must keep a valid credit card on file for billing purposes.

  • Billing Cycle: Charges are processed according to your chosen plan (monthly, bi-monthly, etc.).

  • Missed Payments: Services will be paused if your payment doesn’t go through. Late fees may apply for overdue accounts.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your service at any time with [30 days] notice before your next billing cycle.

  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless we fail to provide the service due to our own fault.

  • Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel service if hazardous materials are present or if payment issues continue.

5. Service Limitations

  • We’re not liable for pre-existing damage to your trash cans.

  • We’re not responsible for damage to property if cans aren’t placed in a safe, accessible area.

  • Weather or equipment issues may cause delays—we’ll always communicate any necessary reschedules.

6. Privacy Policy

We only collect your info for billing and service-related purposes. We don’t share your data with third parties, ever—unless we’re legally required to.

7. Agreement Acceptance

By signing up for our service, you’re agreeing to everything outlined above. It just helps keep things fair and smooth for everyone involved.
