WHY GET YOUR CANS CLEANED?
Your trash cans can quickly become breeding grounds for harmful bacteria and viruses, creating odors that attract insects, rodents, and an overall unpleasant experience. At Bright Binz, we eliminate these problems with our professional garbage bin cleaning services. For those who store their cans in the garage—as many HOAs require—you know how overwhelming the smell can be. Simply rinsing with water doesn’t kill bacteria; it only masks the problem. That’s why we use biodegradable cleaners to thoroughly sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize your bins—leaving them fresh, safe, and odor-free.

HOW OFTEN WILL MY CANS BE CLEANED?
We offer flexible plans to fit your needs—choose from one-time cleanings, monthly cleanings, or bi-monthly cleanings during our operational season from April through October. Select the level of care that works best for you and your bins. For full details, please visit our SERVICES page.
Billing
We make payment simple and convenient. One-time cleanings require payment at booking, while our seasonal services can be paid in full upfront or through monthly billing options—the choice is yours. -
WHEN WILL MY CANS GET CLEANED?
In most areas, our cleaning services are completed on your trash day or the following day, depending on your location. We understand that many HOAs have rules requiring cans to be stored in garages, behind fences, or out of sight, and we’ll work with you to coordinate a schedule that fits those requirements. Once your service is contracted, we’ll confirm the cleaning schedule and ensure the process is as convenient as possible for you.

CAN YOU REMOVE "STUBBORN" ITEMS WITHIN THE CAN??
Certain substances, such as tar, paint, and other adhesives, are extremely difficult to remove and may not come off completely, even with our process. We will always do our best, but in some cases, multiple cleanings may be needed to break down stubborn buildup. Please keep in mind that newer cans will often look nearly brand new after cleaning, while older cans may still show signs of wear. While we can’t make an old can look new again, we can guarantee it will be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized for your use.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MOVE FROM MY CURRENT LOCATION??
You should contact us anytime you are planning a move so that we can make proper arrangements to cancel or continue your service in another area. We require 30 days’ notice to cancel.

WHAT IF THERE IS INCLIMENT WEATHER?
At Bright Binz, we provide service in rain or shine to keep your bins clean, fresh, and sanitized. In the event of severe or dangerous weather, the safety of our team is our top priority. Should this occur, your cleaning will be promptly rescheduled, and you’ll be notified with the updated service date.

ARE HOA'S AN ISSUE?
At Bright Binz, we value the importance of HOA guidelines and community standards. We follow all regulations regarding trash bin placement and will return your bins to their designated spot after cleaning. If your HOA requires bins to be stored near or inside the garage, we’ll make every effort to place them accordingly—ensuring your property remains compliant and your neighborhood stays satisfied.
